October 2024 Yard of the Month
Autumn is in the air, and the “Yard of the Month” for October is decked out in all the colors and attire of the season. Keep Saraland Beautiful congratulates Deborah Clark of 1757 Spanish Trace Drive for winning this award. Magnificent macho ferns, caladiums and blooming oakleaf hydrangeas add to the striking appearance of her well maintained lawn.September 2024 Yard of the Month
Keep Saraland Beautiful presented the “Yard of the Month” for September to Mike and Deanna Szymanski of 7160 Cedar Drive. Their front porch is decked out with inviting furnishings and a variety of greenery and summer flowers that reflect their personal touch and enhance the beauty of their yard.August 2024 Yard of the Month
Keep Saraland Beautiful congratulates Chad and Erin Jernigan of 415 1st Avenue for winning the “Yard of the Month” award for August. Their lush St Augustine lawn, shade from the live oak tree and welcoming porch swings make this home a summertime delight.July 2024 Yard of the Month
Keep Saraland Beautiful is happy to award the “Yard of the Month” for July to Rodney and Ronda Hancock of 3394 Twin Lakes Ct. The abundance of white blooms on the crepe myrtles and hydrangeas, along with the vibrant and lively impatiens make this beautifully maintained yard a southern favorite.June 2024 Yard of the Month
Keep Saraland Beautiful congratulates Tommy and Betty Adams of 462 Scott Drive for winning the “Yard of the Month” for June. Their yard with its flourishing landscape has a varied assortment of shrubs and blooming flowers in many contrasting colors. The large macho and kimberly ferns that adorn the front porch are spectacular, and are a timeless and southern tradition.May 2024 Yard of the Month

Criteria: • Selections will rotate monthly to different parts of the city • Yard must have some seasonal color • Yard should have one or more specimen trees • Garbage cans, water hoses should not be visible from street • Lawn should be well-maintained Home should not be for sale Any suggestions for Keep Saraland Beautiful's Yard of the Month program are welcomed.
